Give Social is one of 15 startups in the first class of the Georgetown Summer Startup Program at the McDonough School of Business’s Hariri Building. All startups are led by current Georgetown students or recent alumni and are being incubated with the support of the University’s Entrepreneurship Initiative, led by Jeff Reid. The program includes various mentoring, advising, networking, and pitching opportunities. Two members of Give Social’s founding team, Kita McCord and Becky Cranston, are working on the startup full-time, while the others, Brad Smith, Ingrid Velmonte, and Jay Schulze are working in an advisory capacity.
